Thank you for your purchase from Spring Flower Herbals. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations as our customer.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

You can cancel your order before it is shipped for any reason, including if the product you ordered is out of stock, if the order cannot be shipped within the specified timeline, if the shipping address is not serviceable, or if you request to cancel the order. If we are unable to ship your order due to any reason, we will cancel the order and process the refund.

If you receive a product with a defect or if you receive a wrong or partial product, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. We will also refund your order if it is perishable or made-to-order, but only if the product is faulty or incorrect.

If you refuse to take delivery of the product, we will not refund your payment for perishable products like flowers, cakes, etc., or made-to-order and personalized products.


Before requesting a refund, ensure that the product is still under seller warranty. Cancellation and refund requests for products shall not be eligible under the manufacturer's warranty.

To request a refund, attach a note along with the returned product that clearly states your name, address, contact number, and order number. Without your order details, we won't be able to process your refund or replacement.

Refund Process

To request a refund, connect with our customer care team via email or phone. We will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, and warranty terms.

After validating your refund request, we will share the return address. Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address, and your address. Follow the instructions carefully for packaging and returning the product using courier services.

Share the tracking number with our customer care team. We will only consider a refund if the product is received in unused condition. Please ensure to pack the product properly before handing it over to the courier.


We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is completely broken, unusable, or incomplete; if the product is returned beyond the required return date; or if you have not informed us about the concern during the warranty period. The above process does not apply to books, movies, music CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray, CD-ROMs, magazines, or flower and confectionery items. We may exclude any other product from our refund policy from time to time.

Refund Timelines

We will process your refund after receiving the product from Spring Flower Herbals. The refund will be processed based on the mode of payment for the order. Refunds processed through a credit card or debit card will appear on the next credit card or bank statement.

If you paid by demand draft/cheque, we will refund by demand draft, and the refund draft will be issued in the billing name unless otherwise advised by customers. If the customer misplaces the refund draft, we will reissue it within 15 days of receiving an affidavit. If there is an incorrect name on the refund draft, a new draft will be issued in 15 days on receipt of the original draft from the customer.

Please note that the refund processing time for different payment methods may vary. You can check the status of your refund in your account on the order's summary page.

Spring Flower Herbals is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for the cancellation of any order, for the reasons mentioned above.
